Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Awosco ("the Service"), operated by Gayatri Web Services ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Awosco is a cloud hosting and deployment platform. We provide tools to build, deploy, and run applications, and to provision associated infrastructure such as databases and storage. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the content and applications you deploy.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to host or distribute unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes others' rights, nor to conduct activity that harms the Service or other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees as described on our pricing page. You are responsible for charges incurred by your projects and provisioned resources. You may set a spending cap to limit your maximum monthly charges. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your projects at any time. Deleting a project tears down its associated infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
